Air conditioning worked well, providing relief during the heat. Appreciate the close metro access. under 5 minutes to the station, which made city exploration a breeze. The breakfast had a good variety, though the dining area felt a bit cramped during busy times. Staff attitude truly stood out—some were eager to help while a couple seemed a bit disengaged. The elevator felt outdated and small, which could be inconvenient during peak hours. Limited cleaning supplies were provided, and the Wi-Fi connection was unstable at times, impacting my ability to connect smoothly. Overall, a solid stay with room for improvement.

Maintenance needs serious attention!!! The air conditioning didn't work and the bathroom extraction fan was weak. Room door locks gave trouble!!! Additionally, the communal spaces felt cramped and could be more inviting.

my stay was fantastic, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. I loved the nearby Chocolateria San Gines for their famous churros and hot chocolate, which was just a short walk away.

Perfect for Family Getaway

The room we stayed in was quite spacious and clean, giving us enough room to breathe after our activities. The breakfast was a notable highlight, especially when I saw my kid enjoy chocolate with churros, made the mornings much brighter.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive but still acceptable considering the amenities.

Enjoyed a comfy stay with a nice kitchenette and some welcome water and sweets on arrival. The sun terrace was a great spot to unwind, and the breakfast had a nice variety every morning. The only thing I noticed was that the lighting in the room could be improved a bit. 😊

our stay at sercotel was great! the room was spacious and very clean, and we loved having a little kitchen area. it was just a short walk to prosperidad metro station, making it super easy to get around. the staff were incredibly friendly, especially the gentleman at the front desk. also, we enjoyed the nearby beaches, which were a lovely bonus.
